These terms cover using Voise. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your voice stories remain yours. You keep ownership of everything you record and upload.
To run the service, you give us permission to store your recordings, transcribe them, and play them to the people you have shared them with, for as long as the story is live and while it remains in your own archive. That permission ends when you delete the story or your account.
Only publish recordings you have the right to publish. If someone else's voice, music or copyrighted material is in your recording, it is on you to have the right to use it.
Published stories are checked automatically for content that breaks these rules, and anyone can report a story they have listened to. We may remove content and suspend the ability to publish or comment.
Suspensions escalate with repeated breaches, and while suspended you can still listen. Serious breaches may end an account outright. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and a person will look at it.
Fact-check and speaking insights are generated by an AI model from a story's transcript. They can be wrong. Treat a fact-check as a second opinion, not a ruling, and do not rely on it as a statement of fact about any person or claim.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Voise. We will give reasonable notice where we can. The service is provided as-is; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Voise is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer law where it applies to you.
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
